Common questions
Do I need planning permission?
Many rear extensions and loft conversions fall under permitted development. We check this on the first visit. If planning isn't needed, we usually recommend a lawful development certificate so you have proof for when you sell.
How much do drawings cost?
It depends on the size and type of project. We give you a fixed fee after a short call or site visit, before any work starts.
Can you use my own builder?
Yes. Our planning and building regulations drawings can go to any builder. Design and build is optional.
